Nicole LaPointe - CEO
Nicole's passion for events destined her to an event career, where she progressed rapidly, including gaining all of the skills required to furnish unforgettable experiences for attendees, impactful platforms for messaging, certain value for sponsors, and dramatic profitability for event hosts. Having founded several event departments for corporate employers, for example, Crain's Detroit Business in 2006, and having generously mentored countless professionals new to the business, she opened GatherPointe, Inc., which realizes the event visions not only of corporate clients that do not require an in-house department but also of event departments that require professional capacity on-demand. The GatherPointe culture is close to her heart: it is always productive, inclusive and generous. A native of Detroit, she enjoys reading and hosting amazing parties in her spare time, and you often will find her around her beloved city celebrating its many unique offerings.

Jonathan Hillman - COO
Jonathan is the COO for GatherPointe. He has the mind and drive to move forward by building from the ground up. With nearly 40 years of work experience, GatherPointe is his fourth venture. He takes on providing the event team with the infrastructure and tools they need to exercise their talents.
Jonathan enjoys cooking, tennis, photography, audio, and woodworking.

Natalie Stephens - Social Media Director
Natalie Stephens is a creative professional and University of Michigan graduate with a BFA in Art & Design. She brings three years of experience on the Marketing and Communications team of a Fortune 200 company and two years as Social Media Manager for Elaine B Jewelry. In addition to her marketing and digital expertise, Natalie has supported event coordination efforts, contributing to polished, well-executed brand experiences. She now works as a freelance photographer and marketing and social media consultant, partnering with brands to enhance their visual identity, digital presence, and event impact. With photography as her core discipline, she also operates her own photography business, delivering refined, story-driven visual content.

Brianne Hagaman - Event Coordinator
Brianne began working events 14 years ago and has progressed from those beginnings powered by composure under pressure, improvisation with multiple tasks, and facility with event constituencies. She is a quick thinker and accommodating to the fullest extent possible, but she knows how to push back in a gentle way to come to mutually satisfactory agreements with guests, vendors, and clients. Brianne often has taken up registration over the past 10 years; she is well versed in most relevant platforms. Also a Detroit native, Brianne is a mother to fraternal twins; she enjoys reading, walking, and traveling. Not coincidental to her talents, she has an advanced degree in special education and works with neurodivergent students

William Dellapenna - Project Coordinator
William’s first steps into the event business 2 years ago have progressed to making great strides in multiple event disciplines: venue management, staff management, speaker and sponsor relations, and registration management. Fully committed to meticulous attention to the finest details, energetic and fundamentally collaborative, William has grown his expertise exponentially since graduating college and already is finding himself in high demand with GatherPointe leadership and even with clients. William enjoys traveling, great food & drink, and photography
