Sponsor Management focuses on fostering meaningful partnerships that benefit both the event and its supporters. We create opportunities for sponsors to engage with audiences in authentic and valuable ways.

Pre-Event
Create a list of all branding possibilities
Sponsorship emails to clients informing them of their exact benefits
Collect high resolution logos for branding collateral
Executing logistics for sponsor benefits for top clients
Managing expectations of sponsor benefits while staying within the estimated budget
Send ongoing updated attendee lists starting two weeks prior to the event if applicable
Provide shipping details for onsite items

On-site
Meet with Sponsors onsite at venue to take them through where their signage is located etc.
Help sponsors set out any last minute gifts or signs they want to give to guests
Check-in with sponsors to make sure they are happy. Ensuring we are accessible in case something is needed. 
Go the extra mile and observe what they like to drink etc and b0ring them random waters/drinks
Ship sponsors packages back to them

Post Event
Thank sponsors with final attendee list
Discus and recruit them for the next event
Review success metrics and internal debrief
Share takeaways with stakeholders
